Q. How big is the hamper? How many boxes will I receive?
A. The hamper consists of 12 individually packed presents, each consisting of a festive book and a surprise gift from one of our contrubuting partners.
These will be couriered to you in approx 2-4 Peekado boxes (30x30x10 cm) all at the same time
Q. When will I receive the hamper?
A. We will be delivering the hampers between 8th and 18th of December. Please get in touch in case of any additional delivery requests by email to info@peekado.com
Q. Can I choose the books that I receive?
A. Due to the high demand and limited stock, we won't be providing this feature.
We will send festive books based on your child's age bracket.
Q. Is this a subscription?
A. No, this is a non-recurring one off purchase from Peekado
Q. Can I exchange/refund the books or partner gifts?
A. We are so sure that you will enjoy the hamper and the goodies therein, we won't be providing any refund or exchange.
The partner gifts are not for exchange/refund. They can only be used for the purpose stated on the product/voucher.
